The Bao Lab has conducted many clinical trials that examine the safety, effectiveness, and underlying mechanisms of integrative medicine approaches to improve cancer patients’ quality of life and to address treatment- and disease-related symptoms. Our long-term goal is to integrate complementary medicine into oncology practice to improve patients' quality of life and overall survival.
